A set of regulated qualifications (Levels 1, 2 and 3) that build confident, compassionate First Aiders for Mental Health who can support wellbeing in workplaces, communities and everyday life.
Practical, accredited and rooted in real scenarios, the training equips people to spot early signs of concern, start supportive conversations and guide others towards appropriate help without the worry of getting it wrong.
Delivered as a half-day (Level 1), one-day (Level 2) or two-day (Level 3) course, either in-house or through our public training dates. All qualifications are nationally regulated and valid for three years.
What is Covered?
Understanding Mental Health
A clear, stigma-free introduction to what mental health is, how it changes over time and why awareness matters.
Why Now?
Poor mental health touches all of us - friends, colleagues, loved ones, the person sitting opposite you on the bus. When people feel supported early, outcomes improve, cultures strengthen, and wellbeing stops being something laminated in a drawer and starts being lived every day.
These qualifications empower individuals and organisations to respond with confidence, kindness and clarity. It’s about creating places where people can say, “I’m struggling,” and know someone trained, trusted, and genuinely ready to listen is there.
Who is this for?
Anyone aged 14+ who wants to understand, support, and champion mental health, including:
Workplaces growing a culture of care and early intervention
Community leaders and volunteers
Educators, coaches and youth mentors
Individuals who want to develop skills for life, work, and wellbeing.
