A message from Collectively Diverse Community Interest Company Founder, Liz Day

I set up Collectively Diverse because I’m passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Over the years, I’ve seen how understanding and inclusion can transform individuals, families, communities, and workplaces. I wanted to create a platform where I could share my expertise and experiences to help others foster environments where everyone feels understood, valued and supported.

My journey - from teaching and community engagement to specialising in neurodiversity and mental health - showed me the gaps in support and understanding that so many people face. I founded Collectively Diverse to bridge those gaps, offering tailored training and practical resources to empower others to create inclusive spaces where diversity is celebrated, and wellbeing is prioritised.

Collectively Diverse is my way of combining my personal insights, academic studies and professional knowledge to break down barriers, celebrate strengths, and help others build a world where everyone can thrive.

Thanks for taking a look,

Liz Day, BA (Hons), MSc

Bringing together lived experience, professional expertise and evidence-based knowledge

Decoding Neurodiversity

At Collectively Diverse, we believe in celebrating the strengths of neurodivergent individuals and creating environments where everyone can thrive. Drawing on our expertise and personal insights, we deliver training that builds awareness, challenges stereotypes, and equips sports clubs,

businesses, schools, and families with practical strategies to foster inclusivity.

Empowering Communities

Strong, connected communities are the foundation of lasting change. With years of experience in community engagement, including work on the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games bid, we help groups build trust, collaboration, and resilience. Whether through workshops, facilitated discussions, or tailored initiatives, we empower communities to support one another and achieve shared goals.

Fostering Wellbeing

Mental health and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. With a strong background in psychology and education we ensure our training addresses the emotional and mental health needs of individuals and teams. From fostering mental health literacy in young people to equipping workplaces with tools to support employee wellbeing, we’re here to help you create a culture of care.
