Meet our Founder: Liz Day

Led by Founder Liz Day, Collectively Diverse brings together psychology, education, lived experience and real-world expertise to help organisations, schools, communities and sport create environments where people can thrive.
With an MSc in Psychology and a career spanning education, communications, inclusion, mental health and sport, Liz combines research-informed thinking with practical approaches that work in the real world. Her focus is on creating psychologically safe, neuroinclusive cultures where people feel understood, valued and able to contribute.
Through training, consultancy and the CPD Certified Champions for Difference programme, Liz helps turn awareness into meaningful action — building the confidence, understanding and capability needed to create lasting cultural change.

To empower individuals, teams, and communities to achieve sustainable success through specialist expertise in neurodiversity, inclusion, culture, wellbeing, and psychological safety.
